Landlord Management Services

We have a dedicated roofing team specifically set-up for a rapid response to landlord/estate agent property management needs. We will provide a full written quote within 24 hrs of our FREE on-site inspection, once this quote is accepted your work will then be prioritised. We will also automatically provide your client with a 10% discount on our standard prices.

As we are members of the NFRC all our materials WILL have a ‘British Board of Agrement’ certificate or a ‘British Kite Mark’ stamp, we DO NOT use sub-standard materials. This fact does not make us the cheapest but it gives you the peace of mind for your clients.

For contracts valued £500 and over (including the 10% discount), as standard we will provide your client with a NFRC/QANW 10-year Post Completion Warranty FREE of charge. All other contracts between £250-£500 your client can apply for a FREE Work In Progress warranty and a Post Completion Warranty (at a minimal fee) directly with QANW.

All our roofers & labourers are employed by ‘c Mason and Son Roofing Ltd’, this allows us to fully track the craftsmanship of our employees and to maintain a high standard of work. Each individual roofer of our in-house teams has a MINIMUM of 10 years practical roofing experience (excluding labouring). This is just one of our minimum requirements before any roofer is considered for full time employment with our company.

We DO NOT sub-contract out any roofing work (apart from any scaffolding that may be required). Importantly this non sub-contracting policy provides you with a guaranteed path for complaints, issues, or questions that you or your client may have with any roofing work carried out by our company.
